Linking with Facebook
All of your progress is stored safely on ATA servers and tied directly to the device you are playing with. This means that if you decide to reinstall the game on the same device you’ll load right back to where you were before. In the rare case where you change, lose, or break your device however, having your account linked to either a Facebook account or ATA ID makes recovery a breeze.

iOS
To link your Kingdoms at War account with your Facebook on iOS:
  1. Tap the Settings button located on the top left of the main screen
  2. Tap the Account button
  3. Tap Connect with Facebook and follow the prompts
Android
To link your Kingdoms at War account with your Facebook on Android:
  1. Tap the gear icon on the top left
  2. Tap the Account Management button
  3. Tap Connect with Facebook and follow the prompts
PC
To link your Kingdoms at War account with your Facebook on PC:
  1. Click the Link Account button located on the top bar
  2. Click the Connect with Facebook button and follow the prompt
Linking with ATA ID

ATA ID Password Reset
If you’ve forgotten your ATA ID password used to link/transfer your account you can reset it by visiting the Account Transfer and Recovery page here or request the password reset directly by clicking here.
Device Linking and Transfers
You may link a single account with up to 5 devices so that you can play Kingdoms at War wherever you are. First, link your existing account with either an ATA ID, or Facebook account if you haven't already and then proceed with the steps below.

iOS & Android
To link your Kingdoms at War account with a new device:
  1. Open Kingdoms at War
  2. Instead of entering a username, tap the Already have an account? button
  3. Login using either the ATA ID or Facebook account you linked previously
PC
To link your Kingdoms at War account to a PC:
  1. Visit www.kingdomsatwar.com
  2. Click the Play button
  3. Login using either the ATA ID or Facebook account you linked previously
Linking and Transfer Lockouts
In the case where a single account is linked to more than 5 separate devices at any given time, or a large number of devices over an extended period your account may be locked out from playing the game. This is done as a security measure and you will need to contact support for any further assistance by emailing support@athinkingape.com
Keeping your account Secure
Keeping your account protected against unauthorized access always starts with you. Remember to follow best practices for online safety including:

  • Using strong alphanumeric passwords (including numbers as well as both capital and lowercase letters)
  • Never sharing your passwords with others - including us!
  • Avoiding logging in on a shared device or computer
Retrieve a lost account not linked
Sometimes it happens, we make an account and not link it to Facebook or ATA. If you have an account that you are trying to retreive that is not currently linked, watch the following video tutorial on how to retreive your account.
