Player vs Player. Get the basics and either defend yourself or cause chaos across the lands.
About PvP
Player vs player or best known as "PVP", is the style of play that exlcudes epic battles, and you only battle other players for gold and bragging rights. Pvp comes in forms such as battles from
- Battle List
- Random Targeting (World Chat, Forums, etc.)
- Wars
- Pvp Events
When entering in Pvp, make sure of two things.
- Always make sure you have bought items from the marketplace with your gold
- Be prepared for a barrage of incoming attacks or spy actions
Pvp is a straight fight between players. Some players do it for the fun, some do it for domination. What ever your reason for pvp, always make sure you make the best of it and enjoy the game, and have fun. After all that's why we all play. With that said let's look at the forms of Pvp.
Forms of PvP
Battle List
The Battle List is your key to player vs player (pvp) style of play. The battle list button is found on your home page. Locate the "Battle" Button and you are on your way to find a rivalry.
When selecting a player from the battle list, your opponents are roughly around your same stat range, it varies by a percentage. So honestly once you find a target, take a look and see the opposing players stats by going to their profile . If you look you will notice by the player name it states:
- Small Reward (small gold payout on success)
- Good Reward (regular gold payout on success)
- Large Reward (large gold payout on success)
These are based on your overall stats compared to the opponent you are looking at to battle.
PvP Events
Events are held quite frequently and are setup for both PVE and PVP. These events give you the chance to receive rewards for collecting a certain amount of items for each reward tier. You can earn these items in:
- Player Vs Player (PvP)
- Wars
The amount to collect for each type of play style varies and that information can be found on the Event Page.
War
Warring is fun and great for for learning your build, and and earn some bragging rights. Wars are based not on just one player, but by a clan full of players and is won with team work and great effort and strategy. There are several types of wars that you can take part in:
- System Wars
- OSW ( Off System Wars)
- EE Wars (Lowland & Individual Wars)
Random Targeting
Random targeting is also normal, and targets are normally found either in
- World Chat
- Forums
- Players wall
There is no list of names to select from, you basically just pick a target by the name you see posted speaking in these pubic channels. Random hitting is normal and often used by players to test their strength since all size builds are found here in these areas.
